Using webread, webwrite or any other built-in command, no it's not possible. The submission/selection is all handled by javascript which none of the built-in tools can handle.
You could possibly do it by using the java API (unrelated to javascript) to parse the DOM and make the correct javascript calls but it would be a lot of work.
That page has not been designed to be manipulated by computers. You could contact the owners and ask them if they provide a REST interface (which would be easy to use from matlab).
