How to create a good quality triangular surface mesh from a non-convex IGES input?

Hey!
I'm trying to find a solution to import an IGES geometry (posibble with the IGES Toolbox of Per Bergström) and create a high quality triangular surface mesh from it.
High quality in my case means triangles with similar angles. No "needles". A surface mesh that would e.g. be suitable for a finite element simulation.
Does somebody know a MATLAB based mesher that works with IGES input?
