Coloring of specific text in a title

I'd like to color different words in a title different colors, using the line colors generated from a plot call.
p = plot(1:10);
title('\color[rgb]{p.Color} Test')
Or, asking the same question in a different way. How do I get [0,0,1] to look like {0,0,1}? Thanks
