how can i do image acqusition and processing with MATLAB GUI interface? the output of matched image will tell the name of the image.

hi i am currently doing a project to find the best match image of input image from captured image from camera. how can I do the image processing and matching with the image from dataset? The dataset of images can be a reference to the input image. next, the output of matched image will tell the name of the image. after that, how am I going to save the information of the output in Microsoft access?
