Difference between A' and A.'

What is the difference between A' and A.'? Bot seem to be the same..
>> A=1:4
A =
1 2 3 4
>> A'
ans =
1
2
3
4
>> A.'
ans =
1
2
3
4

A.' is the transpose, and the A' is complex conjugate transpose. It only makes a difference if you have complex numbers in the matrix.

Matters in complex doamin, compare:
An example:
A = rand(10);
isequal(A',A.') % 1
A = A*i;
isequal(A',A.') % 0
