YOu concatenate the data you have and then plot.....won't it work?

Are you looking for something like this?
y1 = rand(5,1) ; x1 = 1:length(y1) ;
y2 = rand(4,1) ; x2 = length(y1)+[1:length(y2)] ;
y3 = rand(7,1) ; x3 = length(y1)+length(y2)+[1:length(y3)] ;
figure
hold on
bar(x1,y1,'r')
bar(x2,y2,'g')
bar(x3,y3,'b')
xticks([min(x1):1: max(x3)])
