I want to extract the header and footer part in an image i have read that this can be done by ocr software(optical character recognisition) but in matlab how to find m not getting that

this is my image and i want to extract page number of this image wat i am thnking is page number is alwaz on footer/header part from that i can extract page number but how to extract footer/header m not able to get and wat u have sent i didnt get
