hey guys ! I have built a control system using xpc and now in the last stages of developing the application before deploying it. This system is going to be a fixed setup (will deploy at school lab) so I need to be able to completely control the target computers from the control room (host PC). That includes shutting it down or putting it to sleep mode (preferably so I could WOL) I was wondering is there a built in command that does that like reboot(tg) ? I looked through the doc but there is nothing about shutting down the target pc or waking it up over LAN... I would really rather do it from matlab than using batch files (or worst case scenario, micro-controllers for the mains supply) . I understand that xpc targets could be left running indefinitely and it shouldnt be a problem ... but I cant really be doing that because its school policy, and part of the automation is that everything be done from the control room. Any help or advice is appreciated !! peace ! god bless !!
