How should I set VREFHI in ADC in moicrocontroller of F28069M inside simulink\matlab and also In the form of hardware?

Hello I use LAUNCHXL-F28069M. In model configuration, VREFHI has been set 3.3 volt inside simulink/matlab. and micro VREFHI pin has also been connected to launchpad 3.3 volt pin. But I recieve 3 volt as maximum volt on analog pin( which means that micro ADC gives 0 to 3 volts for 4096 digitdal level. What's the reason? On the other side, how could I set VREF externally?
