how to generate random deployment of cluster formation and cluster head selection

I generated 50 nodes in wsn. I need to give input as 200 and it as to display 200 nodes in sensor area as well as it has to calculate the number of cluster head. Can u give suggestions how to calculate the number of cluster head selection based on number of nodes.
