get regions properties in specific part of a frame

I am trying to get region's properties which are lying in specific part of field. like i have a co-ordinate in the frame and i want regions properties which are in the 100 pixel range from the specific co-ordinate(pixel) in a frame or image

Use bwdist() to locate pixels within 100px of your Pixel-of-Interest ( bwdist even provides fancy alternate methods of doing this!). Then either mask this off or require that the CC.PixelIdxList (output from bwconncomp) values intersect with one of the pixels in your region-of-interest to include that object in your analysis
