You could refer to PFLib toolbox. There is also PFLib papers to represent how to use it. You can find it by googling and it offers several other filters for comparisons.

Maybe they can, if you give more information. For example I do particle filtering in my image segmentation tutorial in the File Exchange but I don't know if it's the same kind of thing you're referring to. The more context and explanation you put into your question (up to a point of course - don't overdo it!) the better the responses will be. For example, is this related to any particular toolbox?

I never heard of that one. Is it the PFLib that Chi-Min Oh gave the link for? If not, maybe you could give the link in case anyone wants to learn about it.
