Plot a figure and find the Equation

I want to plot NEDC driving cycle test and then I have to find the Equation of that plot. I have the NEDC data in excel format. The Plot is not fitted by curve fitting and the Excel plot. Can anyone help me

You can use the polyfit and polyval functions
here you can find some examples
