Compile Error -- 'win' is not recognized as an internal or external command

We are working on using Simulink with the VEX Arm Cortex microcontroller for the BEST robotics competition. The simulation works fine, but when we try to deploy it to the hardware, we are getting this error message:

operable program or batch file.
