HI All

I am new to extrapolation/interpolation in Matlab. I have used them separately but if I need to combine them how to do so.

In the attached data sheet C3M0030090K, I have to calculate the turn on switching energy loss (Eon) and turnoff switching energy loss (Eoff).

Fig. 23, 24 gives Eon, Eoff for variable Ids at fixed Tj=25 C and Vdd. I used interpolation to get Eon, Eoff values at systems Ids and Vdd = 500 V. But I want to calculate Eon, Eoff at variable Tj.

Fig 26. gives the value at variable Tj and other fixed ids and vdd. How do I relate the previous results and data from this graph to get Eon, Eoff at system Ids, at Vdd = 500 V and system Tj.
