Easiest way is to store them in different columns of an array (possibly a cell array) as you go, and xlswrite once at the end.

What does this show (put it before that line):
whos Results
tempVar = [nbPixel_vrai_positif,nbPixel_vrai_negatif,nbPixel_faux_positif,nbPixel_faux_negatif,SE, SP, AC,PR, RC,F_measure,C_surdetection,C_sousdetection,I_Jaccard,I_Dice,nbPixelinvroiMask ]
whos tempVar
The number of columns in each must be the same, and the tempVar must have only one row.

Thank's sur,i use it but it save all result in the same row .I would save for each run result in individual row . xlrange='A1:O1' for first result xlrange='A2:O2' for second........ I try to write this code but it not work xlrange='A(k):O(K)'
