How can I do FE analysis in matlab?

I have a cantilevered square plate. I did FE analysis in abaqus but for post processing I want to do now that FE analysis in matlab. Because I need to apply GA optimization on that FE results in matlab. How may I get help in doing FE in matlab?

I don't know coding much Can you please recommend any link or pdf for guidance of FE coding
