I have modeled 'Battery controlled DC motor using DC-DC converter (Bidirectional)' in simulink. Voltage keeps increasing? Why?Also, high discharge current.

I have modelled battery controlled DC motor using a DC-DC converter with closed loop PI controller. When I am using a simple resistor as load it is working fine and able to maintain a voltage at 48V. But, when I use DC motor with similar parameters, voltage keep increasing. Even though armature current is around 20A, the battery is discharging at ~200A in this case. I have attached the model. Much appreciated if anyone can spot the mistake or give a solution.
