How to use 2D line curvature and normals equation?

I want to use this code for 2D line curvature to mark most concave and convex points in the edges of the image. I am applying this function for a x-ray image using MatLab R2018a.
I want to who what is meant by lines and vertices in 'function k=LineCurvature2D(Vertices,Lines)' and what are the inputs for vertices and lines?

Thank you for your reply.I tried that help code.But for hand example it asks for a dataset file.I can't understand how to apply this hand example for my image

Attach the image.....you have to get the dataset from the image. Tell us your expectations.
