Hi,
I installed Matlab R2018a on my new computer (Win 10 Enterprise, 64 bit). I wanted to run a script I used many times before and got an error for this line:
edfmex(fname) % fname is a path to a filename
The error message is
Invalid MEX-file 'F:\scripts\edfmex.mexw64': Missing dependent shared libraries:
'edfapi64.dll' required by 'F:\scripts\edfmex.mexw64'
'MSVCP90.dll' required by 'F:\scripts\edfmex.mexw64'
'MSVCR90.dll' required by 'F:\scripts\edfmex.mexw64'.
So I downloaded a more recent version of edfmex.mexw64 and now there seems to be fewer dll files required, see this error message:
Invalid MEX-file 'F:\scripts\edfmex.mexw64': Missing dependent shared libraries:
'edfapi64.dll' required by 'F:\scripts\edfmex.mexw64'.
I also installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable as this was recommended somewhere. Unfortunately, it didn't change anything.
How can I fix this? Thanks, T
