polyout3 = polybuffer(polyin,0.006667,'JointType','square');

i want to remove the colours of polygons and just want the boundaries or offset polygons .

When you call plot on the polyshape object returned by polybuffer specify that you want 'FaceColor' to be 'none'. Compare the plots in the two figures created by this code:
>> P = nsidedpoly(4);
>> figure
>> plot(P)
>> title('Default FaceColor')
>> figure
>> plot(P, 'FaceColor', 'none')
>> title('FaceColor none')
