Create a GUI for data exploration

Hello everyone !
I wan't to create a GUI to explore my data. As shown in attached figure what I want to achieve is by cliking on pixels in left figure I want to update in live the related information in plots (signal and the FFT(signal)) on the right side of the figure.
As I know nothing about GUI creation in matlab, can someone point me a direction to learn about GUI (functions needed or maybe a code close to what I want to achieve...)

Here's a link to the MATLAB Gui page. That's a great place to get started.
I'd recommend using App Designer instead of Guide, but that's your call.
There are links there to tutorials for building a simple gui in both environments.
