how to Convert matrix to different dimension

Hello,
i have a matrix of 1 row and 75 columns
but i want to covert into 25 rows and 3 columns,
that in this format
1st,2nd,3rd
4th,5th,6th
7th,8th,9th
so how can i convert that
for refence i have attached the file below
