Getting error in the Real-Time Code Execution Profiling

Hello, i have a problem with the Real-Time Code Execution Profiling. I can run my model on the target Processor, but when i use the command which is shown in step 5 (Link) , i get the following error:
Error using codertarget.tic2000.internal.getProfileData (line 81)
Error: Unexpected MATLAB expression.
Error in codertarget.profile.getData
Can someone help?
