How to display blue color after doing imbinarize

I have a picture including black, blue and green color as attached 1.JPEG. And then, when I use imbinarize, the picture shows as 2.JPEG. And I would like to get only 0 and 1 pixels for this picture.
I = imread('C:\User\1.JPEG');
I = imbinarize(I);
