i have vector A=[2 4 NAN NAN 13 4 5 6 NAN 1 NAN 10 9 12]
size each segement of vector A
k=size(A)=[2 4 1 3]
if c<3
I need to creat vector Z?
Z=[NAN NAN NAN NAN 13 4 5 6 NAN NAN NAN 10 9 12]
