my urlwrite does not work for a basic ask

The server does an http 302 redirect to https, but urlwrite() does not process redirects.
That said, if I change to https in the filename then urlwrite() fails. If I switch to websave() I get a message about certificate verification failed. My browser can download it, so it could be a difference in root certificates that are recognized.

Thank you, Walter Roberson. The same for me. My browser can download it but urlwrite() fails. Would there be a dos or windows command that i could run to escape this problem?

Solved the problem, in terms, with web(url_c,'-browser'), that download the file, not in the desired directory, but it is fine. Thank you.
