How to modify ResNet/GoogleNet layers?

Hello
I'm new to deep learning on Matlab. I noticed that matlab has some of the main deep learning networks such as ResNet, Googlenet, etc. I would like to start by modiying one of these networks. How can i do that? I used to do this on caffe+DIGITS.
At the moment I can only import it using
net=resnet101
But where can I get its layer by layer code?
