How can I delete columns when value is grater than 65 but lower than 20?

I have a vector of (1:n) and i would like to delete the columns whose value is greater than 65 and lesser than 20.
Any help ?

Let v be vector
v(v>65) = [] ;
v(v<20) = [] ;
