Help on starting parpool

We have an MDCE installation on the Dell machine. Hello I am trying to start the parpool, I get the following error. It used to work properly before. I kindly ask for help, thanks

Cross check if the cluster you are trying to access is authenticated to you.
  • Go to Home -> Parallel -> Create and Manage Clusters. Validate the cluster you are trying to access.
  • Check if the cluster you are trying to access is compatible with your MATLAB version.
  • Check if your license and cluster credentials are correct and you have successfully logged into your account (For ex AWS).
Check if this works.
