How to Copy a block from libraray into simulink model?

Hello.. I have defined the mask initialization of subsystem that it copies a block from library (not Simulink standard library) number of times defined in mask parameter. Problem is if library has not been opened it fails. So I need to open the library first before using that subsytem. Is there any way so that I can avoid this and I can use the Subsystem defined above without opening its referenced library.

Add open_system at the top, and close_system at the bottom, to your mask.
