How to remove the background of the image ?

Good day, I try to remove background and cycle but I couldn't remove the cycle. I try canny, sobel method to remove background. But I only need the image of the rider. Can someone share coding how to done that ? Any specific algorithm for that ? Thank you Capture.JPG
