Get the corresponding value of the matrix

Hi,
Suppose i have a dataset as below. How can i say 1.8339 corresspond to 0.5377 and for all the remaining matrices.

it was that the 4-7 corresponds to 52-55 not the other way around. I got it thanks..:)
