Problems with running existing code

Hello everyone,
I'm a teacher assistant, and I'm trying to find an assignment for my professor for his Artificial Intelligence class. I found this assignment: * Real time traversable parts of image labeling. However, I have problems with getting the code to run. Getting a lot of "Attempt to reference field of non-structure array" errors in init.m file
Can someone help me?

Yes, contact the authors.
The file is more than 50mb for those who want to try.
I do not suggest to use the tag "assignment" since it will mislead people thinking that it's an assignment you have to submit.
