Does someone have an idea, for example, for some preprocessing or postprocessing of the image to make this work? coding or implementation help, or an algorithmic idea.

I ggogled it but didnt find any reference or matlab code. Anyone can help me

I tried but It doesnt work..Anyone who can help??I have searched in google but these things are done in machine learning but I dont want to do in machine learning
