How do I write an excel file?

I am trying to write the folowing excel file but get this error message and I don't know why.
See attached screen shot.

You are using Mac or Linux. xlswrite() on Mac and Linux can only write pure numeric data.
You should follow the suggestion in the image: convert your data to table and writetable()
If you have R2019a or later then you have additional options such as writecell()

Thank you I didn't know that it wouldn't work on Mac.
