how to convert cell array unit8 to text file?

I have an image size 768*1024 that split to 4*4 blocks using "mat2cell" so i have 192*256 cells 4*4unit8.
how to convert all of this values to text file?!

First, you'll have to tell us how you want your text file to be formatted,in particular how the different blocks are going to be marked in the text file
By the way, did you have fun writing all these 4s. The whole point of a computer is to do all the tedious repeatitive task for us, so surely there's a better way than writing all these 4s (and having to make sure that you've got the right count!):
assert(all(mod(size(im_gry), 4) == 0), 'image size is not a multiple of 4');
blcks = mat2cell(im_gry, ones(1, size(im_gry, 1)/4) * 4, ones(1, size(im_gry, 2)/4) * 4); %so much simpler!
