How can I calculate Approximate entropy in Matlab?
I would like to set the following values as the vector length (m) and the tolerance (r).
m=1
r=0.5

If you have the Predictive Maintenance Toolbox, you can use the approximateEntropy function. See Algorithms for details.
There are several File Exchange contributions, two being: Fast Approximate Entropy and Approximate Entropy. You can find several others with an Interweb search.
