i wanted to find slope of 1 and 2....

1.JPG1 and 2 is channel 1.
3 and 4 is channel 2.
likewise till 19 and 20 which is channel 20.
I wanted to calculate slope of channel 1 which will be in one column, channel 2 will be 2nd column, resulting would be 20 column?

What do you mean with slope? Is the first column x and the second column y?
