Entering state space model into matlab and using ode45 for non-linear thrust force

I'm doing an assignment and haven't really used MATLAB before. Firstly, I have put the equations of motion into state space form so I was just wondering how to write it into the MATLAB script. I have attached a photo of my input matrix.
Secondly, I need to put the thrust force into ode45 but I'm having issues doing it. I believe the reason why is because of the nature of the thrust force. If anyone could direct me in the correct direction as to how I should use the ode45 function to tackle the thrust force it'd be greatly appreciated. I have already plotted the thrust force in a separate script so I just need to call it. Here is a photo of the thrust force.
