How can i plot multiple line plots (up to 5) and a bar plot in the same graph an inverted y-axis.

I am trying to plot several stream discharge hydrographs, along with a precipitation bars in the same graph, where the y-axis for the precip bars is inverted (so bars are coming down from the top rather than from x-axis).
Is this possible?
