How to find CV% for estimated parameters in lsqnonlin?

Hello,
I am using lsqnonlin to estimate my parameter and clparci to get the confidence intervals for each of them. I am getting a good fit and am also generating the Jacobian, residual and resnorm as well. How do I calculate CV% and std. error for each of the estimated parameters?
Also, I am log-transfroming my y_data (concentration) before fitting and estimating the parameters. Would it affect my CV% calculation?
