I am working to track the maximum power point for the Solar system theoretically. If both work fine for my system, so which one is better in terms of cost....?

50 *10^3 = 50.000 Hz
one of 10 KHz======> 10*10^3 = 10.000 Hz
T= 1 / F====================> 1/(50.000) <1/(10.000)
0.2 <0.1
0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0,1.5,1.7,1.8,1.9,2.0

I mean: Is the PWM generator is larger in size? I mean as hardware component. Also, what is about the cost. I do not have any idea about the experimental part since my work is short term simulations.
Thanks a lot for your time.
