Need to create Cp and Cpk values for a 3x200 set of data

Please see the attached picture. I have data "machine_1" that I need Cp and Cpk values for. When i use the code below i get a 1x200 value of Cp and Cpk values. I only one value for the entire data set. I cannot figure out the code that is needed to do thiis. Thank You!
