Problem with missing firchck

Hi
while running 'bandstop' function I am getting the error message:
Error using designfilt>parseAndDesignFilter (line 516)
Undefined function 'firchk' for input arguments of type 'double'.
and I can't find 'firchk' function. I do have Signal processing and Filter Design HDL Coder 3.1.6. toolbeoxes installed.
While installing these toolboxes no other dependecny toolbox was required.
I run R2019b.
I found the firchk.m code on the internet, when added as an exteranal code all runs fine.
Any idea in which toolbox 'firchk' is distributed or if this is just a bug and the function in not included
in the installed toolboxes?
