How can I use library model from a referenced Project ?

I have difficulties using Simulink Projects.
I built a Project (Project A) with a Simulink Model inside.
This model uses links to a library model developped in an other Project (called Project B).
In order to be able to link my library model, I add my Project B as a referenced Project in the Project A.
When I start my Project A and I look my model I can see that the links doesn't work. The library can't be found.
The only solution that I found is to make a shortcut of my library model in the Project A and to open it from Project B, but it means that your library models need to be open every time you want to use your Model.
Are There other solutions ?
PS: I am using Matlab R2016b but I have access to 2017 and 2018
