Hi I want to construct latin square of my own numbers e.g A =[2 0 9 8] . How can I construct in matlab?

I have used this code
C1 = {'2','0','9','8'}
idx = latsq(numel(C1))
M = C1(idx)
p=cell2mat(M)
out put is
'2098'
'0982'
'9820'
'8209'
I want in matrix form.Can any one help me
