How can I compile and share my GUI written by GUIDE via web to users?

Hi All,
I have written a GUI by GUIDE and now I must compile and share it through deploying on web app, is it possible? I want to share a link to users to use our GUI.
Would you please help me to do it step by step?

No, Web Apps are only for App Designer. For GUIDE, you need to use MATLAB Compiler or (more likely) MATLAB Compiler SDK.

After compiling the files, what I should do to package that as a desktop software and also a web page by a sharing a link to run on the typical browser by the users who don't have MATLAB? Do you have any experience on such situations?

I do not have experience with that, but my understanding is that you will need to create a Java or .NET application that talks to the packaged library. As far as I know, there is no tool for automatically creating web-browser-ready apps based on GUIDE -- that the web-browser-ready tools are only for App Designer. It is possible that I have overlooked a tool.
