finding roi in an image

I have a binary image in which there is a line which is in form of white pixels
first I want to perform interpolation so that I fill my line with missing points and then I want to extract those points anf their repsective coordinates
I tried several ROI method manually finding the coordinates
already applied thinning algorithm , for further evaluation i want interpolation on this line and each coordinate(x,y) of every white pixel
I am using matlab 2018a
