How can we guess if we can't see your model?

Dear Friends,
I am solving a McPherson strut nonlinear equation in simulink for velocity, displacement and acceleration.
I got error message like -
"Algebraic state in algebraic loop containing 'Mcph/Sys 6/Product1' computed at time 0.9198218499736346 is Inf or NaN. There may be a singularity in the solution. If the model is correct, try reducing the step size (either by reducing the fixed step size or by tightening the error tolerances)."
Will anybody kindly tell me where I am wrong?
What is the solution for this?
Sincerely, Mac Rodge
